This Privacy Policy determines rules of collecting, processing and used personal data gathered through the  online store www.stoneskirts.pl, conducting business STONE SKIRTS Anna Szczygielska with its registered office in Poland, Białystok, ul. Transportowa 2B/U14, 15-399.

DATA CONTROLLER 

collects and processes the following personal data gathered through the website and other forms of communication while making a purchase and process of registration on the website:

  • name and surname
  • e-mail address
  • telephone number
  • home address (street, house number, flat number, postal code, city, country)
  • for companies also company data (name, address, taxpayer identification number)

Giving the above personal data is voluntary and your consent will be required but they are necessary while registration process and purchasing goods in the online shop www.stoneskirts.pl – personal data are used only for the realization of the above objectives.

PROTECTION AND FACILITATING INFORMATION

In order to the implementation of the agreement, online store can transmit personal data provided by you to: Shoplo.pl with its registered office in Warsaw. This company provide us a sales platform and enable us the realization of your orders. The amount of transmitted personal data is limited to the required minimum. Online store itself, and through shoplo.pl, make every effort to effectively protect your personal data. Every payment via electronic means are also protected by Alior Bank and Przelewy24, which cooperate with us. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to be careful – log out from the websites after finished session and keep a login and password to the website in confidence.

We inform that at any time you have a right to request access to, change, block or remove data, and rectify complete or update any mistakes.

COOKIES POLICY

1. The Store does not automatically collect any data with the exception of information stored in cookie files.

2. Cookies are small files which are installed on the end device of the User and enable use of the Store's websites. They typically contain the name of the website they originate from, time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.
